Personal Thoughts:

Fabrics provided by ACP, Wig provided and styled by Chas, Costume made by me with pattern assisting from Jessie. Even though I did my own thing here and there, I made EVA uniform before so it was really easy to do another one. Most important was to pay close attention to measurements. I always loved Rei, but never thought I can pull her off. Uniforms are really easy and there were tons of clones. :3 Thanks to ACP making a push for me to finally dress up as Rei. I had a lot of fun with all the cosplayers in Eva at the booth. And yes, forgive me for my really silly face for Rei at the end. XD
