Construction Details:

Made of navy blue twill and referenced from a McCalls military style fashion jacket. Epaulets have buttons so that gold decorations and shoulder armor are detachable to make into regular uniform. As well as detachable skirt. Skirt is a white bridal crinoline and has been trimmed in lace. hand painted old shoes and dyed socks to match. PVC gold vinyl used for trim and epaulets. Should armour is large plastic ornement ball cut in half. Soo much fun to wear! Will update with a betteer full body soon!
