Philiaa!! I love her character so much! She and Arche from Tales of Phantasia are probably my favorite Tales of girls. I love this costume so fricking much! My only complaint is it's so heavy!! The designs on the bottom of the inner and outer skirt took forever and are rarely seen but I love love love this costume! I will upload better pictures of it as soon as I can :)
