Construction Details:

Hand-sewed some hooks and eyes onto a bra top, weaved in a ribbon, finished it off with a bunch of silk flowers. Had the linen skirt lying around in my closet already, so this costume was a cinch to throw together.

Personal Thoughts:

I wanted an easy, flowery thing to wear to the Brooklyn Sakura Matsuri and had just purchased a wig for Sailor Neptune, so this happened. I also wore the WORST shoes with this that cut my feet to shreds and made me the crankiest Michiru ever.
