Construction Details:

The costume is made completely out of 2way stretch black/yellow pleather. The top is built from a front closure bra which clasps behind the star brooche. Buckles are made from Foamie, and the headset is made from a play mic, model magic, gesso, floral wire, paint, and gemstones. Tiara's made from aluminum flashing with google eyes and an elastic band.

Personal Thoughts:

The starlights are probably my favorite characters from Sailor Moon.
