Construction Details:

Being Rosalina is so fun but her hair can be so annoying! >_< Her dress was crafted from mint colored Satin. The trim of her dress is hand dyed satin since no color at the store was a close to mint/white color that was needed. The crown and star brooch were constructed from paper clay then adorned with resin jewels.
