Construction Details:

This cosplay was debuted at ACen 2008. It took about 25 hours to make. The dress was taken from a pattern then cut out and modified. The bow was my original design, stuffed and hand painted before attached to the dress. ^^ *ish the first Kyogre on cosplay.com too! ^^
