The jacket is designed with the sleeves abbreviated and rolled up illusory.

Personal Thoughts:

Haruka is my favorite character from Nadesico. She is a smart bombshell. I like making characters that have lots of curves for obvious reasons. :) The jacket on this costume required lots of ornamentation, decoration, and in the end, fitting. The earrings are Christmas decorations.
