About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Everything on this outfit was remade twice, if not more. =| But this outfit is pretty comfortable, besides the boots. Making that collar was... interesting.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I need to take in the shorts, get a new wig, and remake the boots before I wear it out again. I really do want to cosplay Neku again in the future.
