Construction Details:

Made mainly for FaniMaid Cafe at Fanime Con 2009. I made the dress by putting together two different patterns, one for a poofy sleeve t-shirt and the other a flouncy skirt. The apron shape was from a pattern as well, and I added the bunny pocket. I embroidered stitched the bunny face to the pocket to make it more secure and I Heat 'n Bonded his eyes and mouth. The lace was bought. The bunny ears and tail are made from Sherpa fabric, it's fluffy and soft, like a little lamb.

Personal Thoughts:

Meeting Halko Momo-i was one of the best experiences! She is super adorable and an awesome role model. I also wore this to Spirit of Japantown Festival in San Jose (Sept. 26, 2009). We helped out with the mini Maid Cafe as a fundraiser for the festival. おかえりなさいご主人様〜！ [Welcome home, Master~!]
