Construction Details:

Hand panted the hearts on a shirt I modified from a size BLUE WHALE shirt I got from goodwill, actually FINISHED painting the hearts WHILE DRIVING to KatsuCon 2009. Because I'm pretty hardcore like that. The wig was hand dyed, using a mixture of a sky blue dye from Katie Bair and a mixture i made from india ink and sharpie ink~ The wig was also cut from a shoulder length mess I bought from someone for like $5. A+ for the best costume ever. :D
