Construction Details:

The dress is a stretch cotton blend with a chiffon wrap. Brooch and gems were made from Model Magic and paper clay, arm rings were taken from B. Jenet. I made the staff from a metal curtain rod and a windchime. My wings were made by the lovely Etaru.

Personal Thoughts:

One of my favorite anime series of all time. I've wanted to make this version of Sharon Apple for so many years and I'm thrilled to have finally completed it. FUN FACT: Photos of this costume (taken by the excellent Cyberbird) were featured in the Transmedia Photography Annual display at Syracuse University! The last photo in the gallery was taken by Dreamlandtea, which shows the image they chose for the promotional posters around campus.
