Construction Details:

Ranka's orange and yellow concert outfit was tough when it came to the skirt. With several layers of tulle underneath and whatever leftover frills I could scrounge from the top, it's impressively poofy. The ribbon rose is detachable and made by yours truly. Also detachable is the hair tie, as I plan to make more costumes and want to use the same wig for all of them. (NB: The light green wig is from the 'first draft.' Pictures with a proper wig will be forthcoming.)
