- Chii wears herself? Ah, there's that petticoat, again.Chii is really so adorable. She's got that woman-child thing going on. This was also a pretty comfy cosplay! I'll remove the millinery wire from the base since it really wasn't necessary. So round and foofy! One of my easiest costumes!
