Costume Details: Second handmade costume, all parts done by hand! I've been into Tales of Symphonia since I finished it back in... late 2004 XD So I was bound to do a costume from this series soon. I choose sheena because a) she was my favourite female character in the series and b) That while her outfit was simple enough for a beginner like me, it provided enough challenges that I would overcome and learn from. It was a big jump from a simple white dress!! I basically learnt about: interfacing (the bow is created from a light pink fabric, interfaced on both sides to make it stiff), bootcovers, gloves, bias tape (parts of the boots were taped) and a bit of wig styling. It was quite a journey for me, and it took a pretty long time probably comparatively, but I love it and I'm really proud of it X3 Worn to DTAC 2008
