Construction Details:

Wow well this costume was thrown together pretty last minute but ya I think it came out good considering this was my first time making/altering clothing. Um the blazer was bought as this ginormous thing and I then cut the bottom off re hemed it and reversed the buttons so it was double breasted in the opposite direction. Oh and I made and added on the cuffs. The skirt ... I bought a patter and went by it and then had to cut it a lot shorter. The ascot I just made up a pattern for and ya sewed it together. .... oh and I painted the boots to be a nice navy blue. Otherwise everything was just worn as bought there isn't really all that much to her school uniform.
