Construction Details:

I remember rushing home after school to be able to catch Gundam Wing when I was younger. Dorothy was one of the characters that always stuck out to me. It's probably her eyebrows! XD The jacket was made using an old 40's style suit jacket pattern. I altered it a bit to make the sleeves poofier. It's fully lined and super warm! The skirt is a pleated circle skirt. I used cotton twill so that it would hold the pleats better. My favorite part has to be the eyebrows. They're made from leftover wig hair, and are attached with spirit gum and hairspray.
