Construction Details:

The orange top was made with broadcloth using a scrubs pattern. I made the blue-green long sleeved shirt underneath. The shorts were originally leggings I purchased, then shortened. I made the bag out of grey twill, and then glued a bunch of brown belts and straps together. The hat is a green shell-shaped top with some poly-fil to give it shape. The metal parts are model magic, craft foam, big rhinestones, and a wood disc, all spray painted.

Personal Thoughts:

I remade parts of this to wear it to PAX East 2011, then forgot the costume at home. Fail. I then remade the metal part for the helmet a third time for Otakon 2011. It got crushed in my suitcase on the way home, so I had to remake it again for AnimeUSA. I didn't even bother bringing it back with me. I made another one for Otakon 2012, yet another rush job. I swear, I will make a really great one some day. This is by far my favorite costume.
