I made this for entry into the World Cosplay Summit 2009 USA preliminaries, with my darling friend Elizabeth as Yuuko. I just fell in love with the artwork, as well as Himawari's adorable, positive personality. The costume proved to be a bit of a challenge, with figuring out the best materials to use to bring to life Clamps' sometimes ambiguous art. Also, I light up like a Christmas tree, and that's always fun! Costume from 2008
