Construction Details:

Everything but the skirt and wings were made with leftover materials. The wings aren't very sturdy, but act like a hell of a sail in the breeze. =x

Personal Thoughts:

This was a bit rushed before the con, but it was a nice, easy, fairly comfortable costume to wear with the big Pokémon gijinka group at Anime North.
