Construction Details:

well, the skirt isn't finished (held together with 3 safety pins) and the navy shoulder stripes were made at 3am the day before Katsucon 2003. Was originally made in 1999.

Personal Thoughts:

The first costume I ever made, for Con Ja Nai 1999. It's next reincarnation was worn for Otakon 2002. The shirt was remade for Katsucon 2003. The costume has since been retired.
