Construction Details:

Somewhere I got this brilliant idea that if I couldn't cosplay my favorite video game villain, at least I could somehow bring her to life. So I did. This is a moving, illuminated, talking model created by myself and my sweet snakey partner in crime, Marty (www.bizenghast.com) I made all the cores from styrofoam balls hollowed out, covered in paper clay, sanded, dipped in latex, and hand-painted. Each core lights up with tap lights. Marty made the TV with recycled boxes and bits of things around the house, and we installed a speaker on the side that hooks to my iPod and plays a running loop of all her quotes. We were very proud and managed to wheel her around AnimeNEXT during a windy rainshower and still rock out.

Personal Thoughts:

Liquid latex smells like ass.
