This is one of my slightly older costumes. I don't even have any of it any more. I lost the horns and sold the wig and costume. It's also just might be the costume I've put the least effort into ever. But I did this just because I'd wanted to cosplay Lum for ages but was not and will not ever be brave enough to wear a strapless tiger striped bikini to a con. Anyways I purchased a uniform from cosmates.jp and slightly altered, bought a Kelly wig, and made some horns out of yellow Sculpy for this.
