Construction Details:

This is based off of that gijinka art everyone has gone nuts over lately. I did make some changes to the design in the art though. I gave it tiny little ruffly sleeves instead of long ones to be able to deal with heat better. I moved the tail bits down to being part of the dress other than part of the hair. I added some shoes to it similar to those in the Golbat design. And I went with brighter more Pokemon-like colors.
