Construction Details:

I had fun making the wig. It's Fai's wig reparted, curled a bit, and with a ridiculous ahoge made of awesome.

UPDATE 9/29: For Yaoi-Con, I restyled this wig to make it more accurate. The ahoge goes in the correct direction now (can't believe I screwed that up the first time) and I added Canada's hair color gradient via Prismacolor markers. Also, I got a better hoodie.

Personal Thoughts:

I'm obsessed with Hetalia and wanted to make something for Canada Day. I apologize for what is basically more closet cosplay, but Canada (Matthew Williams) is just so frikkin' adorable! I couldn't resist.

Styling Notes

There's a lot of gel and hairspray in the ahoge. IIRC, I used a coke can and a pen cap to hold it in place while I periodically attacked it with additional hairspray and a hairdryer.
