Construction Details:

I actually started this one in 1998 after I saw her in the fifth art book. Unfortunately, other costumes became more of a priority. Finally got around to finishing it for Katsucon 2001. The dress, to me, didn't look like a standard senshi fuku. It looked more like an actual dress because there is no hip roll. I altered a princess seamed dress to get the front panel to lay flat. For the accessories, I used the same brass for all the gold chaos stars that I use for my senshi tiaras, plus pearls and feathers. The wig is a slightly improved "Moon Lady" costume wig. For the heart shaped odangos, I carved styrofoam for a base and then wrapped some of the hair around them. The staff is made of dowels and specially treated styrofoam balls, with polished tin for the chaos star on the top. It also comes apart in two pieces for storage and travel.
