Construction Details:: The only pattern I used was for the circle skirt, everything else I just uh, kinda winged it. xD; A lot of careful measuring and folding over. I am not even joking.
Personal Thoughts:: I am a ruffly, fluffy, orange, and yellow meringue of DOOM. I bumped off one of my AX 2008 plans in favor of this, as suggested by friends on #/m/! lol I adored her character in the beginning, it's just too bad that I completely loathed her character by the end of the series, heh. Regardless of that, I still had a lot of fun wearing the costume and Nyan Nyan dancing for people. :3 Also: SO MOE I FUCKING DIED.

Styling Notes: HEY THIS WAS BACK BEFORE ALL THE PRE-STYLED RANKA WIGS. I'm really proud of how this turned out, even if I had no idea wtf I was doing at the time, ahahaha. It took me a while to find a base wig that I liked, since most of the green wigs I saw were uh, too green or too blue. Cosplay-Wig had this really nice "Emerald Green" wig and it was a good enough length for me to harvest the wefts. I cut off the excess, and made my own wefts (my very first ones too) using Kukkii-san's wefting tutorial, the "dog ears" are carefully measured and folded pieces of craft foam sewn into the wig with the wefts glued on using e6000. They do bounce with each step! I got so many compliments and questions on the wig, it kinda makes me regret not making some sort of tutorial or taking progress pics at the time. Oh well.
Wig Review: The fibers were really easy to work with, it's a shame I haven't seen this same color since I bought the wig in 2008 though!
