Construction Details:

This costume is based on the sprite from Warcraft III: TFT (and ToB/DotA) with the exception of the armour, which is from the Blood Elf Paladin artwork from World of Warcraft.

Personal Thoughts:

Blood elves are usually blonde, but the WC3 sorceresses are thankfully brunette (I make a terrible blonde). The pauldrons don't sit quite right on my shoulders, but they did stay nice and stiff, which is what I was going for. I hadn't made such complex armour before, but although it was a time consuming process, I'm relatively happy with how it turned out. I screwed up attaching it to the boots and the armour took a pretty rough beating as a result, unfortunately. I love using Sorcs (although I have more experience watching my boyfriend play than actually playing myself...a lot of fond memories of pressuring him into choosing Jean, Initiate of the Sun...=x).
