Construction Details:

I wanted to do something really elaborate and with room for creativity so I decided to try making a formal version of Terra, using the Amano artwork for inspiration.

This costume was the most time-consuming I ever made with around 200 hours spent on beadwork. All the flowers on the dress were hand stitched freehand with 4mm sequins and the scarves have hand beaded trim.

I debuted it at Otakon 2006 but did a revised version with new scarves and some other adjustments for Anime North 2007.
