Construction Details:: It didn't take me too long. I modified a baby doll type pattern. I used one of my EGL skirts as an underskirt. I have my blouse that I got at Silhouette's. The hat was from JoAnn's, I made the ribbon myself. The "blue water" is from Ren Faire.
Personal Thoughts:: Old skool represent. My two good friends, Kat and Justin encouraged me to cosplay as the series' main character. Though I'm particular to Grandis, this dress was too cute to pass up. Plus, I had a Jean to pose with.
