About this Costume
- Construction Details:
- Based off of a figure of Shampoo I found online that I've yet to locate again. The wig was made using a tutorial for Sailor Moon's wig - basically two halves of a styrofoam ball with extensions.
- Personal Thoughts:
- More old school series need representation!
