Construction Details:

Making this costume was totally random. As soon as I was done with midterms, I switched gears to sewing. Konata is just too cute! The sailor collar was the most difficult for me because I wanted it to connect with the blouse. I used double-fold bias tape for the white stripes on the collar, cuffs, and skirt.
