Construction Details:

I always loved Morrigan and Lilith's character designs. Tranquility and I really wanted to cosplay this pair, with she as Lilith and I as Morrigan. I have currently retired this costume, but I would love to remake this costume sometime in the future using different fabrics and a better wig. We'll see! I made the black one piece suit and wings out of a thick black pleather fabric. Tranquility and I drafted the patterns for the wings and headwings together. The inside of the wings is crepe-back satin; I like how it gives them a little bit of shine. I hand painted all the bats onto my tights. Tranquility also made the feathery bits using white feathers that were attached to a white felt backing. The high heeled boots were bought from a thrift store and I cut and hemmed the tops of them to have a V shape in the front.
