Construction Details:

The dress/skirt is made out of polyester stretch fabric and is entirely one piece to avoid a seam at the waist, just like in the referenced cover. The chaps are made out of green costume suede and painted with acrylics. I made the pins at her hips/thighs out of shrink paper, and each one is personally stylized. :)
