I dont really like Rinoa's Original outfit. But when I saw my friend dress as Rinoa's Dion Rogers Outfit I know I had to do it! This is very simple to make! I am not sure if she has a sword or not but it looked cool to have one (That is paine's sword!). I just liked this outfit! What I like most about Rinoa's outfit is the cute little wings on her back! I am going to wear this to a con soon But I know I need to slimmer down a bit more! Enjoy!
