Construction Details:

This was one of those costumes that I had been doing for a while. Even though Kiddy Grade can be argued that is a fan service anime, it is still cute the heroine is awesome. The dress is made of strech velvet which was $$$ and hard to find. The gold trim is over 6yards of hand painted bias tape. Boots were made from my own pattern and I'm super happy with how they turned out. Lipstick whip was made by me using an old lip stick and ribbon. Wig from Cosworx and styled by me.
