Construction Details:

This was a very spur of the moment costume, made soley to go with the black wig I had laying around. I always liked Rei's school uniform anyways, so I found parts that could work as bases at Good Will, and altered like mad! Only took about 3 hours to make, and it sure was strange going around as Rei when I'm normally Usagi!
