I've been cosplaying since 2007 when I went to my first con: Sakura Con! Since then, I have discovered a passion for costume technology, and have studied both design and construction as a university student. As for my cosplay philosophy, I personally cosplay characters with whom I have a strong relationship, and while I may not look exactly like them, I think a lot can be said about passion for the character and the source material. I believe cosplay should be fun. It's all about sharing your love for a character, a series, or the technology. As for myself, I love being someone besides myself for a bit, and sharing such fun experiences with all the wonderful people I meet.
