Hello. ^_^ I’m Lady of the Thread and I’ve been cosplaying since 2003. I’d previously dabbled in sewing and did a lot of cross stitch/needlework and loved to make things. So, after I became interested in anime, cosplaying seemed to make sense.

In addition to a finance and marketing degree from NYU, I have a fashion design certificate from Parsons School of Design. I love fancy fabrics and have a penchant for pretty gowns/robes and dressy coats so my costumes usually include at least one of those elements. I also tend to like alternate outfits over the regular ones so I do a lot of obscure outfits. ^_^;

My convention plans for 2012 include Katsucon, Anime Boston, and AnimeNext.
