Base for extensions is craft foam with wire, covered with felt and extensions. Ponytails are drilled into the wig with a base piece hidden inside of the wig.

I am so happy with how this wig came out. It is a little back heavy and takes a good wig cap and a bunch of bobby pins to wear. It is comfortable. Some people think the color of the hair is too bright but Nurse Joy's hair is in between the two shades of pink this wig comes in, so I chose to just go with the brighter one, I think it looks better with the outfit than the duller pink would have.
