Why isn't there a Skit number 3?

This made me watch Full Moon wo Sagashite. ....a few months later, but still. @jeelsa- There probably isn't a skit #3 because I'm pretty sure the skit numbers are given early on (when they find out if they made it in or not) so the people that were originally skit #3 may not have come.
