Personal Thoughts:

When we heard that the second Sherlock Holmes movie was coming out we knew we had to do something for it. Our good friends wanted to be involved, and seeing as he's got a total man-crush on Robert Downey Jr. it was only fair that we let him be Holmes.

So we started keeping our eyes out for a vintage grey suit. With all the times we have been to the thrift store we didn't think this would be an issue at all. Sadly, there seemed to be a distinct lack of suits that would either fit me, or look appropriate. As the time-limit approached, things started looking bleak. Then, in one amazing thrift store run, we found everything we were looking for!

That was the easy part. We then had to make 2 very complex victorian dresses and a corduroy jacket in a little more than 2 weeks. After many late nights sewing, we successfully made it... and I think we did rater well, wouldn't you say?
