About this Prop
Construction Details:
3 layers of hardboard for the blade with an additional 2 for each side of the handle. the guard is made of 2 layers as well. drilled 1" holes into the center of the blade. all beveling was done with a belt sander. a bit of fine sanding then painting then done!
