Bought China Dress in Washington DC at a store specializing in china dresses and other high end gifts, few doors up from Ginza Things Japanese on Connecticut Ave NW.
Wig from Morris Costumes in Charlotte NC. Basic long white wig.
After Katsucon I spray painted the wig purple... should of airbrushed it instead. Continued to wear from 1996-1998.
