Construction Details:

Simple white gakuran, or Japanese school uniform. The pants were made within an hour. There really isn't anything particular noteworthy about its construction. If I recall, it's a basic white cotton blend with (faux) buttons and an invisible zipper. It was made primarily to help a friend with a masquerade skit.

Personal Thoughts:

I made this costume out of sheer love for Cromartie and to also help a friend (Dokudel) with her skit. I joked how I made the pants within an hour, and that seemed to impress the Anime NEXT 2010 masquerade judges - a running joke of ours. It also wasn't until well after the fact that I realized the only pictures I had of this costume was from the skit, itself - and I spent much of that skit jokingly in the back holding up signs...
