Construction Details:

The long end of this short story is a nice bundle of Sweatshirt fleece, some upholstery foam to create my forearms, fabric paint for the details on the front, back, and arms and tons of fun! This costume was made purely for having something light and simple, something I could fool around in, and to represent one of my favorite Baby Pokémon!

Personal Thoughts:

The hardest thing on this so far was the forearms. Just making it fit on there but in the relative scale of difficult things it wasn't all too hard.
