Construction Details:

Most of the construction credit for this one goes to my girlfriend Hime no Toki - I only had part in making the prototypes for the barrettes and the zipper pulls. The jacket and pants are made out of a buttery white suede, the jacket is fully lined with lilac cotton. Both garments were custom patterned. The pants have serged seams. The black symbols were all hand-painted on individually using a stencil that was made. The gold satin strips were appliqued on, and the black lines are embroidered using a satin stitch on a standard Brother sewing machine. The zipper pulls (all six) and both barrettes are cast out of resin with a metallic powder used while casting to give it that metallic effect. The chest tattoo was applied with tattoo ink that lasts about two weeks, and was applied free-hand by Hime no Toki. Wig was styled with trimming and the braid down the center part is a separate weft that was added on. Shoes were lightly modified by painting on the gold accent.
