- Construction Details:
- the entire sword was made with .75" layerd plywood, everything cut with my jigsaw. i used 2 layers for the blade + guard and handle. 1 layer each side for blade accent, and 3 layers each side to complete the guard. all detail was added with belt sander, dremmel, sanding blocks, and various files. other support thanks goes to my drill with .5" drill bit and elmers wood glue XD
