- Construction Details:
- THIS SWORD IS A BEAST!!! it has a 4' blade and 2' handle. the blade is made of 2 layers of .75" plywood beveled with a belt sander. the guard is two additional layers of plywood and 2 layers of hardboard to add definition. all the tiny squares were cut with a jigsaw. used a 1.25" drill bit to add a hole for the handle to fit snugly~ the handle has gray suede fabric glued in a spiral around it.
