Construction Details:

This costume was so much fun to sew and to this day it is one of my favorite costumes. The pants are made of this weird fabric that wrinkles easily but is very flowy and is shiny on one side. Im not sure what that is. I would say its Satin but its quite heavy. The tunic is flannel and basically everything else is quilting cotton or other cotton type things. The sandals are all my fabrics on a base of Old Navy sandals. I tanned my skin with a product called Airbrush Legs. I am still in the process of figuring out a good method to make the hair work. Funny story: I got this costume signed by the creators of the show at Comic Con in 2009.
